Notarised translation
In order for a translation to be legal here in Italy it is necessary to notarise it, in other words to declare that the translated text complies with the original. This is usually carried out for translations from a foreign language into Italian: in the opposite direction it is necessary to have the document authenticated.

Authentication/Apostille stamps according to the Hague Convention
This procedure serves to complete the notarised translation where the translation is carried out from Italian into a foreign language. It serves to make the document legal also in the foreign country it is destined for.
